2018 Trivia Night - A letter for all business

Our 2018 Trivia Night will be held on Saturday 4th August.
​
Each year we hold a wonderful fun filled trivia night, Our inaugural Trivia Night was first held in 2013.
Each year we require:
-
corporate sponsors to sponsor the venue hire and food.
-
corporate and private donated goods and services as prizes for our live and silent auctions.
-
volunteers to assist us with the planning and implementing of the 2018 Trivia Night.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you on behalf of Rabbit Runaway Orphanage a non-profit public charity, funded entirely through donations, and run by a small group of volunteers. On 16 July 2016, we are holding our major annual fundraising event for approximately 200 guests. This exciting Trivia Night is being held at the Collingwood Town Hall Ballroom. Many of the attendees are your customers and so we invite you to participate in this evening by way of a donation. Businesses who contribute to the event will receive:

Acknowledgement of your contribution in the promotion of the event;

Acknowledgement of your support on our Facebook page and website;

Special mention in our newsletter; and
-
Acknowledgement on the evening of the event via a visual display.

Sponsors may become involved through financial donation or donation of goods or services to be used as prizes/silent auction items on the night.
We are Victoria’s only no-kill shelter, providing 24-hour rescue, housing and veterinary support, dedicated to the welfare of domesticated rabbits. We also run foster and rehoming services, and work to raise community awareness of responsible rabbit ownership and care.
All funds raised from the event are used exclusively in the rescue, veterinary and general welfare and rehoming of pet rabbits. Your generous support will help to ensure these gentle creatures receive the care and treatment they deserve.
